1. Vera interface changes
Nicole received a few responses from librarians about the interface changes to Vera. All were positive and a few included comments about possible improvements or problems. These and a few other issues were discussed - Nicole will make a few minor changes and then will roll it out to the public.2. SFX import into Vera
- Rich is still working on a script that will provide proper links for the SFX titles we want to import into Vera.
- The group decided on improved wording for links to aggregated full text packages in the "e-journal by subject" listing.
The SFX journal listing and BELL both seem to somewhat equally list holdings that the other does not. Nicole will talk to involved staff to explore why there are so many differences between the two.
3. Template redesign for subject pages
Nicole met with Anne Graham and Graham Howard to explore alternative ideas for new subject page templates. They will both explore other library sites for ideas they like and send them on to Nicole.4. Homepage redesign
Nicole showed the group a wire frame for a new homepage, based on the ideas generated at the last meeting. We all agreed on the basic structure and Nicole will begin writing up an RFP for a designer.5. Forms for users with disabilities
Darcy will start working on adapting our forms to make them more friendly for users with disabilities.
