1. Report on recent usability test with non-frequent library users
The group discussed
the findings of the second part of the usability test. The results
will be shared with staff on the web and at a brown bag lunch on April
3.
2. Long-term
planning for the future of our web site

meeting.
3. Plan usability

The group brainstormed
ideas to present to staff about the findings of the most recent usability
test.
Action: Nicole
will reserve room, type up results, and bring dessert.
4. E-Journal
lists generated by SFX
Nicole demonstrated
a new option for displaying E-Journal holdings, and discussed how
this option relates to existing services and the SFX/Vera workflow.
5. SFX
- FullText Finder
Options for testing
and releasing to the public were discussed, and it was agreed that
testing the FullText Finder with staff before releasing to the public
was a good idea.
Action: Nicole
will send a message to all-lib, to let staff know what the FullText
Finder is, its purpose,and to encourage them to submit feedback and
comments to WAG.
