Present: Darcy Duke (minutes), Jennifer Edelman, Nicole Hennig (chair), Angie Locknar (guest), Christine Quirion, Stephen Skuce

1. Update on SFX

• Nicole met with Marilyn, Joan and Nina to clarify where we are with SFX, who is working on what, etc.
• We hope to go live with most sources sometime in February. It will be a gradual rollout.

2. Usability Tests Evaluation

• group continued to brainstorm solutions for list of problems
• reviewed Ask us! part of test - Darcy and Nicole will take screen shots if still possible
• at an IAP session we got sign-ups for more usability testing (geared towards students who are not regular library users), will also get sign-ups at registration day booth on Monday

Future agenda items:

• citation linker
• plan brown bag for staff to discuss results of usability tests
• plan more usability tests at next meeting (for non-regular library users)
• work on possible solutions to problems that came from usability tests
