1. Big usability test this Fall

The group brainstormed a list of what we would like to test on our site for usability problems. There are a number of services, pages and user tasks that we would like to cover in this test. We grouped these into three categories: known item searching (Darcy and Stephen will explore further), general research tasks (Nicole and Christine will explore), and getting help (Jennifer and Nicole will explore). Each sub-group will bring drafts of potential questions for the test to our next meeting.

2. Announcements

• New DSpace pages: Nicole demoed the new pages for DSpace that she has been working on with Margret Branschofsky.
• RBR/Hayden pages: These pages will go live shortly. Some changes still need to be made; Darcy will meet with Georgiana to resolve remaining issues.
