Present: Duke (minutes), Hennig, Skuce

1. Meeting with the Reference Committee

Nicole met with the Reference Committee to discuss possible changes on our web site relating to where users should go to get help, with particular reference to the "Research Help" section. Jennifer Edelman will work with Nicole on possible mockups of ideas generated at the meeting.

2. Committee self-review

The group completed the required "Committee Self-Review" questionnaire.

3. Metalib/SFX

The final report with recommendations for SFX and Metalib is due soon from the ENAV group. Since WAG had been involved in the experimentation with Metalib, we brainstormed for issues we felt should be included in the report. Nicole will write up a summary to submit to ENAV.

4. GIS site usability testing

The GIS site is now ready for usability testing. Stephen will follow up with Sarah Williams to finalize the questions, and Sarah will be invited to our next meeting on July 17th.
