Getting started:

1) Make sure you have

2) Take the MIT IS&T web publishing basics class

  • Find it by going to the IS&T training page and searching for "web publishing basics."
  • Don't choose "Dreamweaver quick start" because that's not sufficiently in-depth for our purposes.

3) Fill out and submit the Questionnaire for new Libraries web authors

4) Your Web Contact will be in touch to discuss an introduction to our Web Guidelines, and then you'll get Hands-on Training.
