Who is linking to my web page?

Check using either Google or Yahoo:

1. Visit Google or Yahoo

2. In the search box type link: plus the specific URL you want to see links to - for instance:

link:libraries.mit.edu

(Note: Do not include "http://")

In Yahoo, a drop-down menu on the next page lets you exclude specific inlink URLs (but unfortunately doesn't let you choose only links within a specific site). Choose "Except from this domain" to specify pages that link to your pages from outside our own site.

In Google, choosing "options" will give you an even broader range of choices, including a timeline.
