Mission & Goals (Developed 12/15/99; revised 11/1/00)
Mission: The MIT Libraries Faculty Users Group advocates and promotes exemplary services for the MIT Faculty.
- We gather, analyze and disseminate information about faculty needs for library services.
- We develop and recommend new or improved services.
- We facilitate communication between the faculty and the Libraries.
- We work with library staff to implement recommendations.
Goals: Fiscal Years 2000/2001
- Conduct

- create survey database to tabulate results

- respond to specific faculty questions
- based on survey results, develop new/improved services and recommend changes in existing services
