- Active participation
by all
- Listen actively
- Speak in turn
- Meetings start
on time and end 10 mins. early to review action items and next meeting's
agenda
- Respect one another's
opinions
- Honesty is encouraged
- Create an environment
where ideas are freely expressed
- Hold meetings
only when necessary
- If unable to
attend a meeting, members will inform the group via e-mail to facultyusers@mit.edu,
and a reply on the electronic calendar
- Decision-making
will be by consensus; if consensus is not reached, decide whether the
chair will make the decision or if the group will vote

any changes in meeting time and/or location
