Internal Communication Task Force
This page is now part of the Public Service 1998 Redefinition Archives.
Our charge: To gather feedback and ideas from public services staff on ways to manage communication among
the various public services units to enhance our ability to share information and to develop a framework for
timely and effective communication.
The final report of the Internal Communications Task Force of the Public
Services Redefinition Process is now available at:
http://libstaff.mit.edu/rorr/ictf-report.html
Based on feedback from many individuals, we have made substantial revisions
to the preliminary draft report. We urge you to take a look at the final
document, which will now be handed over to the Implementation Team. As
always, your questions are welcome.
