Welcome to the MIT Libraries' Publications pages —
your guide for ordering and using MIT Libraries business cards, stationery,
brochures, forms, and logos.
Business Cards and Stationery
Business cards and
stationery with the Libraries' logo and MIT identity can be
ordered online through the ECAT system with the printer, Ambit
Press. Individual departments pay for their own cards and stationery.
The online system allows Libraries' departments to order:
- business cards
- letterhead
- #10 envelopes (standard and window)
- 9"x12" envelopes
- 4"x5" mailing labels
Most stationery products can be customized with library
or department name and building and room number. To order, go to: https://web.mit.edu/ecat/ecat3/. If you are a new user to eCAT3 choose the link 'New to eCAT3' to set up your preferences first. Otherwise choose 'Place Departmental Order' and choose Ambit Press from the list of vendors. Please note minimum quantities: 250 for
business cards, labels, and large (9X12) envelopes; 500 for letterhead
and #10 envelopes (standard and window).
