Mission
In order to advance the new customer service focus for Public
Services, the Implementation Leadership Team will:
- Develop, oversee, and carry out a master plan for implementation of the
redefinition process.
- Respond to questions which arise from Task Force recommendations.
- Define goals and success factors for the implementation process.
- Review and assess the success of the new model.
- Communicate with all staff on the progress of implementation.
- Advise/co-convene task forces responsible for implementing action items.
- Insure that all public service staff are afforded the opportunity to
participate and provide input during the implementation process.
