out a request for a patron. 2. When searching by title, omit the initial articles in the title, but be sure to include stop words within the title, such as Handbook of community psychology. 3. If you've searched by patron and by the title of the work and haven't found the request, check Clio, or contact ILB. The best way to reach ILB is by filling in the Status Request Form with your patron, or emailing ilb-lib[at]mit.edu. ILB staff respond to email messages and forms as soon as possible.
