Getting Help and Reporting Problems

The Using DIRC section of the web site gives detailed information on using the computers, projector, and monitors in DIRC. This site also explains how to gain entry and close up DIRC.

Technical problems:
If you experience technical problems while using DIRC please contact the systems office at 3-1617 or fix-lib@mit.edu.
If you have problems with a computer powering on or making a connection, make sure cords and cables are plugged in and connected.

Facility related problems:
If you notice or are experiencing a problem associated with physical aspects of the room, please contact Mike Smith at 3-7096 or masmith@mit.edu. An example of this would be a power outage or water problem.

Policy questions, suggestions, or anything else:
If you are unclear about a policy issue, if you have a suggestion, or if you have any other comments or concerns, please contact
the DIRC Committee at dirc-lib@mit.edu.

DIRC Phone Number:
If you need to receive a call, the DIRC Phone number is 617-324-6200.
