This section is for documenting policies and procedures related to managing the SFX Knowledgebase.

General Information & Policies

Personnel involved:

• Jennifer -- manages the KB, processes the monthly updates, resolves problems, activates targets as requested
• Digital Acquisitions team: Rachel, Jake, Walter, and Kim --  activate/deactivate portfolios, create local thresholds, matching SFX/Vera project
• Rich -- manages the SFX server, imports/runs the monthly updates, resolves problems, liaison with Nicole/Public Services side of things

Procedures

SFX reports - procedure for processing/preparing the monthly updates for DigAcq to review
