[OCLC printout] |
Communication between Serials Cataloging and Serials Acquisitions regarding correct forms of titles, corporate authors, conference names, etc. for live titles received on subscription / standing order. The purpose of the RTK is to inform Serials Acquisitions of these correct forms so that acquisitions records can be changed to match cataloging records, and in some cases means that subscription and/or order records need to be moved or created. Reports to Kardex are done
Note: It's helpful to have the RTK printed after the record is updated ("u'ed") in OCLC. |
Commitments | SerCat | Kim, Maureen (for U.S. Gov Docs only) |

[printed form] |
The Serform (Serials Processing Form) is used for communication among SerAcq, SerCat, Administrative Services, and Local Processing concerning serials, journals, and monographic series, including government depository items.
