when patrons have interlibrary loan and interlibrary borrowing questions.

Know to refer any inquiries regarding Patriot Act issues to the appropriate

Know location of the Services for persons with disabilities web page, and
be able to direct users to it when appropriate.
- Problem
Patrons
Be able to report incidents and deal effectively with problems involving
patrons, including situations that require patience and calm, as well as
those that may require referrals or may involve the police.
