Functional Teams

Third Barton Transition Functional Teams The functional transition teams are modeled after the structure of the ALEPH 500 system. Each are made up of staff who execute the tasks built into the various modules of ALEPH and are led by a member of the Project Team. The team leaders are expected to spend 25-50% of their time on the transition project; functional team members are expected to spend 15-25% of their time on the transition project. In some cases a consultant is listed with a team; these consultants will work with the team as needed. In addition 'strike forces' will be formed to work on issues that are cross functional and more temporary in nature. These will be posted as they are formed.
