Barton Advisory Group minutes 4/12/06
Present: Christine Moulen (chair), Nina Davis-Millis, Denise OMalley, Lisa Harrington , Darcy Duke, Beth Siers , Charlene Follett, Elke Piontek-Ma (minutes)
1. Disaster Plan
Nina joined the group to discuss the Disaster Plan. Nina reviewed the purpose and goal of the plan. Christines role is to get the system back up and Nina will coordinate the recovery efforts and downtime communication and procedures. She will work with BAG members whose role is to coordinate the downtime procedures in their respective functional areas and then contribute to the testing before the system goes back up.
After the recent experience, Nina will actually call BAG members when its time to test e-mail has proven not to be fast enough. BAG members should be near their phones.
If there are additional documents to be included in the disaster plan, send to Christine to be included in the Disaster plan CD-ROM.

- ExLibris North America support staff recently got training to support v.18 upgrades
- There are two other North American customers to do their v.18 upgrades before ours
- At the time of the meeting we didnt have any news when we could do the v.18 upgrade, but Christine has since heard from ExLibris that we can go ahead with our plans.

- the service pack is installed and ready to be tested
