Attending: Christine Moulen (chair), Garry Ziegler (for Charlene Follett), Georgiana McReynolds, Tracy Gabridge, Kim Maxwell, Beth Siers (minutes), Elke Piontek-Ma, Nina Davis-Millis


- Version 16 Upgrade on walter:
* Indexing is essentially done, we can now test. There is one more minor process to be run related to logical base browsing, which is planned to run over the weekend of Feb 26-27, as walter will be down over the holiday weekend (Feb 19-21st).


* Kim has set up a meeting (Kim, Christine and Beth) to discuss and prepare for the Aleph processes that move the publication patterns from ADM record to HOL records.


* We can set up mailing lists for testers. It was reccommended to use the same lists used from migration (3bar-cat etc.) where appropriate.


* 1st step of testing is to compare data from 14.2.5 to 16.2 on walter. Please wait to make changes or add/delete records until we all have a chance to make sure things transferred correctly.


* The folder that's setup on Turnpike for Aleph v16 documentation is configured so we can all add/edit things. This is a good place to put testing data/logs that would be good to share among testers.
