Present: Nina Davis-Millis (co-convenor,) Charlene Follett (minutes,) Tracy Gabridge, Kim Maxwell, Elke Pointek-Ma, Beth Siers, Rich Wenger (co-convenor.)

In the absence of Christine Moulen, Rich and Nina were co-convenors for the meeting.

NAAUG Enhancement Voting
The group discussed the 18 requests on this year's enhancement ballot and a preliminary cut was made. Nina suggested, and the group agreed, that Christine will get Georgiana's input on the Circ requests, and then, as in past years, weight the list for BAG to review.

Version 16 Upgrade
Nina reported that IS should have the hardware problems on Walter fixed by the end of November. She has informed James Steenbergen of ExLibris that we would like Version 16 installed in December. BAG should begin preparing for testing and staff training on the new clients in January so we are ready for live migration which must happen during the summer, 2005.

Meeting Place
BAG discussed the probability of moving our meetings from the Hayden Conference Room to the new conference room in STS's space in . It was agreed that this move would not happen before January.
