In attendance: Moulen, Follett, Gabridge, Maxwell, McReynolds, Piontek-Ma, Siers, Wenger (minutes)

1. Pickup notices need to display 'Hayden' instead of 'Science' or 'Humanities', but the server-side changes
don't get propagated to them because they are generated on the client.
Possible actions:
- Make all staff displays say 'Hayden-Science' or 'Hayden-Humanities'
- Add a line to the notices directing Humanities and Science to Hayden.
Christine will do some prototyping.

2. Beth Siers is doing a cleanup project on oversize materials, including expanding 'oversiz' to 'oversize'.

3. IS&T has given up on expanding the disk space used by walter (Aleph test server) on the SAN, and will instead
unmirror its disks to get enough space for the upgrade. The unmirroring should be done by the end of November,
and the upgrade should start the first week of December.

4. We need to decide whether pattern notes will migrate to ADM records or holdings records, and what field should be used.

5. Christine Moulen will check with ExL on training for Aleph 16. Documentation for version 16 is on the doc portal.

6. It was noted that we need to develop a plan for testing the new release.
