Barton Advisory Group Minutes
3/3/2004

Attendees: Charlene Follett, Tracy Gabridge, Kim Maxwell (minutes), Georgiana McReynolds, Christine Moulen (chair), Elke Piontek-Ma, Beth Siers, Rich Wenger

1. Meeting for March 31 has been cancelled.

2. NAAUG Meeting
Each institution is allowed to register up to 8 people for the NAAUG meeting, and we unanimously decided that those 8 should be the members of the Barton Advisory Group. If more registration spots become available, others at MIT will be allowed to register. There are staff who may want to attend single sessions, and that will be allowed as a courtesy, since we are a host site.

Christine will try to register the 8 of us.

3. Updated Priorities List
We spent the bulk of the meeting updating our priorities list, which is now available in updated form (as a Word document) on the web at http://libstaff.mit.edu/barton/priorities.doc.

Next meeting: March 17, 2004, 3:00 in the Hayden Conference Room
