Minutes September 25, 2003


Present: Davis-Millis, Follett, Gabridge, Hartman (minutes), Maxwell, McReynolds, Moulen (chair,) Siers, Wenger


Updates: Joan is recovering well from her surgery - very good news.


Group spent most of the meeting discussing the Collection Services and Public Services reports "to do" list. Agreed to combine the two lists into one.


We agreed that since most of the remaining reports had initially been given a lower priority, the priority now should be moving the already completed high priority reports from Brio 5 to Brio 6.


Georgiana and Christine will work together when the time comes to bring circulation statistics data into the Warehouse. This is needed for the next group of higher priority items.


Members will seek clarification on the titles and descriptions of some reports. Kim will update the lists and send to group


Briefly discussed possible Brio training needs for staff.
