New phones / phone moves

All new phones and phone moves should be coordinated with Michael Smith. Send a detailed e-mail stating location, service desired, and account numbers for billing. Telephone and network rates for service can be found at the following link: http://web.mit.edu/is/services/pricing.html

Network drops

All new network drops should be coordinated with Michael Smith. Please send e-mail stating desired location and account number for billing.

IP address

All requests for IP Addresses should be coordinated with your Library Technology Consultant.

Service to telephones / network drops

Telephone and network drop problems should immediately be e-mailed to 3help@mit.edu. A case log number will be generated automatically.
