Building repairs / requests for work

Emergencies- flood / broken glass

• e-mail cust-coach@mit.edu for emergency cleaning including floods, spills, minor safety hazards
• for broken glass or more serious building emergencies dial 3-1500
• life safety emergencies should be directed to Campus Police at 3-1212

Repairs, installations, cleaning and special requests

• routine repairs should be processed through the Facilities web link. http://web.mit.edu/facilities/services/repairs/repairs.html
• routine cleaning requests should be e-mailed to cust-coach@mit.edu
• Special cleaning requests are processed through SAP. Please contact Michael Smith to facilitate this for you.
• Requested work such as carpentry, rubbish removal, paint etc. are processed through SAP. Please contact Michael Smith to facilitate this for you.
